"I was getting annoyed trying to figure..."
I was getting annoyed trying to figure out a few settings on appypie.com, so I finally reached out to support. i wasn’t expecting much, but then they replied way faster than I thought and actually walked me through everything without turning it into some confusing tech lecture. It did take a little back and forth, which had me rolling my eyes for a minute, but okay, fine, they fixed the issue in the end. Overall, support was solid. I just really wish their help pages were clearer so I didn’t have to ask in the first place

"Solid privacy, but the settings took a minute"
Overall, I felt good about the privacy controls. The login security seems decent too, though I did have to poke around a bit to figure out where everything was. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny lock icon on one screen that looked slightly crooked, and that’s what stuck in my head. Not a bad experience, just wish the settings were a little easier to understand

"Built my screens without the usual headache"
I went into it expecting I’d have to wrestle with code or spend half the day figuring things out, but it was smooth. I started by dragging a few pieces onto the screen, moved them around, changed some text here and there, and before I knew it, the layout actually looked the way I wanted. There was a little trial and error at the beginning while I clicked around to see where everything was, but once I got the hang of it, it felt really simple. It saved me a ton of time and made the whole process way less stressful.

"Good help from the live chat"
I used Appy Pie’s live chat when I got stuck trying to set up my app menu. The response came quickly, and the person seemed to understand what I was asking without making me explain it over and over.
They walked me through it step by step and even stayed on the chat while I tried things out. That was really helpful, especially because I’m not... super techy with this kind of stuff.
I’m giving 4 stars because a couple of the first replies felt a little copy-pasted, but once we got going, they did solve my issue. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Had what I needed after a cautious test run"
It had a lot of the features I was looking for in one place, especially the app builder tools. I took my time checking things out before relying on it too much, and there was a bit of a learning curve, but overall it worked okay for what I needed.

"Quick support without feeling like I overpaid"
I ran into a small issue while setting up my app and reached out to Appy Pie support, not expecting a super fast reply. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and stuck around until everything was working.
It wasn’t anything major, but I really appreciated getting straight answers without wasting half the day. I’m careful about what I spend money on, so it was nice to feel like the support actually matched what I was paying for
"Clear pricing, really clear"
I appreciated that Appy Pie laid out the pricing before I signed up. It was clear, clear enough that I didn’t feel like I had to guess what I’d end up paying. So far, no weird surprise fees either, which is really nice.

"Canceling was easier than I thought it’d be"
I used Appy Pie for a little while, but eventually realized I wasn’t really using it enough to keep paying for it. I was a bit nervous about canceling because I’ve dealt with other services where you feel pressured to stay or have to jump through a bunch of hoops.
With this, though, it was straightforward. I found the cancel option, sent in the request, and support got back to me quickly. They didn’t make it awkward or push me hard to keep the account, which I appreciated. The confirmation was clear, and the whole thing was way less stressful than I expected.

Getting started was easy. The onboarding walked me through most of it and I had the basics up and running quick. I did have to poke around for one setting that wasn’t super obvious, but other than that it was fine. Not much else to say

"I first used Appy Pie for a..."
I first used Appy Pie for a small app for our local group, and I figured it would be like most app tools where everything seems fine until more people actually start using it.
Then we got way more signups than I expected, because apparently once an app starts getting shared, everybody and their cousin jumps on it. But the app kept running smoothly, and I didn’t have to scrap it or move everything somewhere else, which was a huge relief.
The support team also helped me upgrade things little by little instead of making it feel like some massive tech project. For handling growth without turning into a full-time headache, Appy Pie has been a really solid choice for me.

"Docs helped me move fast"
I was kind of rushing to get my app set up, so I ended up using the Appy Pie docs a lot. They were actually easy to follow and I didn’t feel like I was getting lost. Some of the pages are simple, but that helped because I could find what I needed quickly without digging around or contacting support much. Overall, really useful.

"Pretty solid app builder overall"
I’ve been using this app builder for a bit, it seems solid. From the way it’s set up, I’d assume it’s aimed at people who want something straightforward without a lot of hassle. It worked well for me, and I didn’t run into any major issues...

I was able to tweak the layouts and colors without much hassle. It felt straightforward, and any design mistakes I made were preventable once I got the hang of the settings.

I ended up using AppyPie mostly on my phone, and it worked better than I thought it would. The pages loaded fine, and the editor didn’t feel super cramped, which was a relief because I’m not always near my laptop and sometimes I just want to fix something quick... A few buttons took a second to respond, and some parts felt a little small on mobile, but nothing that really stopped me from getting things done. Overall it was easy to use, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Super quick setup, but pay attention during it"
Setup was done in just a few minutes, which was a nice surprise. Just a warning to others though: don’t rush through the steps too fast, because it’s easy to miss a setting if you’re not paying attention.

"Good automation, but setup took a little while"
The automations work well once everything is up and running, but getting it all set up took me a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just needed some patience. Did anyone else run into the same thing during setup?

"So many templates to choose from"
I was surprised by how many templates were available, but in a good way. I found one that fit my shop quickly and didn’t have to overthink it. It made the whole setup feel a lot easier and more exciting
